The body is not a machine to be fixed. It is a landscape -alive and full of stories.

Founded & led by Elmira Khabuseva

Elmira is a certified yoga and movement teacher based in Los Angeles, California Her practice is deeply rooted in somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and holistic support for women’s bodies.
She believes movement can be a form of listening — not fixing. Her approach blends classical yoga with embodied anatomy, breath-led pacing, and soft strength. Over the years, she has guided hundreds of students into a quieter, more grounded relationship with their own bodies.

Elmira teaches from a place of honesty and gentleness. Whether you’re attending a group class, a private session, or a retreat, her focus is always the same: presence over performance.

She continues to train with international mentors in somatic education, pelvic health, and mindful strength training — weaving this ongoing study into every class she teaches.
calm & grounded
This is a place where people truly unwind
No one’s rushing, no one’s performing, no one’s pretending. Just honest movement, shared breath, and the freedom to feel.
